Public Announcement regarding FY2025 Nuclear Disaster Prevention Drill（Part 10）【English,Chinese,Korean,Vietnamese】

This is a drill.

We will inform you of the outcome of the 3rd Prefectural Disaster Management
Headquarters Council.

1. As a result of a General Emergency being declared, the following protective
measures have been implemented:
①Residents in the PAZ should evacuate to Kagoshima City by means of
personal vehicle, or bus in cases where evacuation by personal vehicle is
not possible. Those who do not have pre-distributed stable iodine
supplements should receive it at each assembly site or shelter.
②Persons who risk increased health concerns by evacuating should
continue to shelter indoors at a facility that has taken measures against
radiation exposure until necessary evacuation preparations are completed.
③Residents in the UPZ (5km~30km from the power station) and temporary
visitors who cannot safely return home should shelter indoors.

2. There are no abnormal air radiation dose rate readings from the emergency
monitoring stations.
